Jim Hensley received his Juris Doctor Decree from the William H. Bowen School of Law and his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with Honors. Jim is licensed in the United States Supreme Court in Washington D.C., United States Court of Appeals for the 8th District, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Arkansas, State District Court, and the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Jim is also a licensed, instrument-rated pilot and an approved FAA panel attorney through the Airplane Owners & Pilots Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, past president of the Lonoke County Bar Association and member of several local bar associations.
